Great place for a honeymoon getaway, the staff is incredibly friendly and the rooms are well-equipped with toiletries and towels in a lovely building.

We loved the location and the view. It was located downtown right by the river, which was the view looking out of our room. It was walking distance from businesses/restaurants/bars...

Our toilet started spraying water, but it was an easy fix we took care of in about 30 seconds.

Great suite setup with a fridge, fireplace, and balcony for a cozy and relaxing stay. the staff here is super friendly, quick, and always ready to lend a hand when needed! 🌟

Proximity to downtown.

The room looked dirty and very dated. Was a little cautious walking on the carpet, it looked and felt filthy. A couple of outlets didn't work and WiFi felt like an after thought.

The receptionist, a male who's name i can't recall, was more then willing to accommodate the needs of my guest and I. On numerous occasions felt like the guest from hell, but our receptionist would never make me feel as if it was an issue at all. The hotel staff, regardless of what they have, are engaging. They seem greet anyone who walks down the hall cordially, which after a 7.5 hour drive from New Jersey, is more than welcome! Location was better than higher priced hotels Like The Marriot in the area, which is more expensive and not not nearly as accommodating in my humble opinion... The view of the river is pretty impressive a well. Great proximity to Capitol st., where many Charleston attractions (Shops, coffee bar, etc) reside. 4 star experience!

We were provided with modern and clean rooms that included a fireplace and bathroom.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, train station, mall, restaurants, and the festival by the river. It's only a 5-minute walk to a family-friendly museum nearby.

Stayed here for 2 nights and had dinner at the restaurant next door. the bed was super comfortable, and having a living area and extra storage space was a nice touch. the location couldn't have been better, with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance 🍽️.

Updated and well-decorated rooms that won't break the bank, including private bathrooms, cozy fireplaces, and even balconies for soaking up the sun. the staff is always quick to help out and super friendly! 😊

The hotel had a central location close to everything downtown. Further, it was near sightseeing and River Walk and restaurants and downtown area. The attached restaurant for dinner was the best part.
